I have to commend y'all on a great show. That whole Green Lantern conversation had me in stitches. Well done.

StarHawk:

Marvel characters in school for 30 years? That was Peter Parker, and he was was only in High School for 15 years...Okay, 20. But at least Marvel is consistent with it's 'generations'...Reed, Matt Murdock and Tony Stark are of one generation, ten or fifteen year the senior of Pete, Speedball and the remaining NW are in their late teens, early 20s. Franklin Richards is a kid. Consistent.

What's DC's track record?

Cyborg was the same age as Dick Grayson 25 years ago. Why is Vic's old ass still in the Teen Titans, while Dick Grayon is 26 now? And include Animal Boy/Changeling in that, too.

Why do the Robins and the original Teen Titans get older and Batman stays 36 years old? Oh, the Lazarus Pit..Yeah...Kiss my @$$!!!

Trench:

You dis Wanda for depowering the mutants? It's called "cleaning house". Marvel don't need no stinkin' Infinite Crisis to clean it's mess. The House of Ideas took care of it's mutant mess in one shot.

And Wassup wit' all these "Earth 2" characters in the DCU? Will Power Girl's real Origin please stand up? Why are Alan Scott and Jay Allen lookin' like they're in their early 50s and still in action? They should be pushing 90.

DC got problems.

P.S. what is the comic that Trench and Sexen are covering next ep? If it must be a secret, e-mail it to Tim@deliberatenoise.com being head patriach of the House of Thoom! should have some privileges.

P.P.S.
Trench, don't think I didn't notice your emphasis on the UNPAID in the Thoom! commercial..I did pay; I promoted PCX on Thoom! A favor for a favor, huh?

And should I have to pay money for an ad that 1)is followed by a dedication honoring the memory of a murderous dictator and 2) encourages pedophiles and various other sexual deviants to listen to my show? How am I gonna take that demographic to advertisers?

Oh well...I guess you get what you pay for...

Oh, Starhawk, my love....you know me oh so well...Do you think you're up to the job, eh? Hmm, I think I'm going to have to go to the authorities about your, uh, "activities"....I believe I have footage of "The Raping Tornado" in action!!!!

Starhawk fangirl #1 just finished episode 34.

First off, not only do I love the idea of a Rape Tornado, I'd love to be caught up in it some day.

While I knew it wouldn't last long, I was disapointed that Trench and R-Tornado would even attempt to make the show G rated. If that ever actually happens I'm never gonna listen again.

That might take away from the comic a bit, maybe, sometimes. I don't think I'm alone when I say that I tune in every week more to listen to Trenchcoat and Stathawk's banter more than the comic itself. For me, having also read the comic-of-the-week is only a bonus, as long as I can enjoy Starhawk's sexy rape-voice one more week, it's all gravy.

Strangely enough, there's quite a shitload of "clean"/non-explicit podcasts out there...and people (shudder) actually listen to them!

Why they do, mind you, I have no idea.

Whoa...am I misunderstanding what Kid Mission is saying---that she actually doesn't mind the explicit language on Podcast X? Okay, good...so when I go on my sexy rants, it'll be accepted instead of criticized.....Someone actually likes us discussing sex. And, uh, she wants to be caught up in the Raping Tornado? Hmm....interesting. Or, is the explicit language acceptable from Starhawk b/c he has the, uh, necessary equipment? Starhawk, my love, you have a fan. I hope he'll be gentle with you, Kid.... (smile)

Who has criticized you lately, Vixen?

Is Trenchcoat making behind the scenes mischief again?

It's your show now- Yours and Starhawk's and Wicked's and Trenchcoat's (of course).

F'-em Do what you will! Have fun!

Other than some light suggestions, I haven't seen baseless criticism, per se in quite some time.

Looking forward to hearing your debut-

Trekkie

To my adoring public...I was just making a general comment b/c it has seemed in the past that we've been criticized for being too sexual. But, as it's been said, "F-em!!"...I wholeheartedly agree with that....As Vixen, I must agree with that...heh, heh....thanks for showing me love...and whatever else (smile)...
