I freaking love Mystery Men.
Best Ben Stiller movie ever!

Don't talk to anyone in Australia? HA!

There is absolutley nothing wrong with watching the Looney Tunes. It's classic animation.

I don't mind characters talking in third person, like Rafiki!

This is the flag for Podcast X:

MC Trekkie is the Wesley Crusher of the podcast. Goddamit, we do things because they haven't been done before. And the musical was the best episode ever.

Mystery Men was good. The forgotten-except-by-me Ben Stiller Show was even better. Shame the dude's gone Hollywood now, like they all eventually do.

Being a super-villain, it's just good politics for me to maintain an open dialogue with you Aussies, given that one day Lex Luthor will rule your country (see Superman II.)

To bring this around, I mourn the loss of good Looney Tunes as I mourn the loss of a Ben Stiller who's actually funny.

Rafiki had the only bit in Lion King I liked besides Mufasa's death scene: Where Simba's punking out, being all, "It doesn't matter, it's in the past." Whereupon Rafiki knocks him upside his head, causing Simba to whine "Hey! What'd you do that for?!" Rafiki responds perfectly: "It doesn't matter! It's in the past!" True monkey wisdom there.

Love the "flag". Perfect. Also, hilarious. Reed and Hank Pym should team up and call themselves "The Bitch Beaters". If someone had only given Scarlet Witch a taste of that, M-Day might never have happened.

I think Starhawk and Vixen agree with us that the musical was the best ep. (so far), so we've got the majority opinion on that one. Considering how most of the other 'casts out there are (shudder), somebody's gotta push the envelope.

Lex Luthor will rule Australia? That is just so freaking awesome, can't wait!

Rafiki is the greatest and wisest monkey to ever exist. He's a simian Yoda!

The next time I'm on the show (unless everyone hates my other episode) I want to review Hellboy.

Ah, but who would win in a battle between Rafiki and Luthor?

Actually, if everyone hates your episode, that's all the more reason to have you back on the show just to spite them! And Mike Mignola rules. Hellboy it is.

I own Hellboy Jr and Conqueror Worm.
Have you seen the trailers for the new movie yet? It's going to be awesome. I'll have to watch it twice, as all of Guillermo's movies are better on second viewing.

Rafiki vs Lex Luthor? Now if that aint the most ridiculous hypothetical situation ever.

Just watched the trailer for Hellboy II. I dunno, it looks more "action-y" than creepy like the comics. Same reason I haven't quite gotten around to watching the first one. I'll get to it eventually I suppose, but only 'cause it's del Toro.

You're right: Rafiki vs. Luthor is silly, considering Squirrel Girl could easily take both of 'em down.

Nah, I just didn't have the "Start Skype when I start Windows" option on once I was able to finally get hold of you for the Tank Girl episode; it's on now, so at least we needn't have an audience here while we're discussing which of those Hellboy comics we're gonna review and so on.

PCX: The Classics Tour.

What do you mean, "verus Cerebus"? Mostly you praised Dave Sim.

Is this the first time I'm mentioned?

Maybe they are born with a headdress shape but I would think they would just as likely reshape their head. Similar to foot binding, neck or ear lob stretching.

Milk and Cheese by the great Evan Dorkins.

Ben Stiller was the dullest thing in Mystery Men. I was more interested in the Shoveler's life. The Blue Raja's relationship with his mom. And Janeane Garofalo, so tasty.

If there was ever a comic I would have stolen or downloaded, it's Cerebus. The price was even higher than most independents. Less pages and no color. I only tried this comic twice, once was a dream trip issue and the other was sitting around issue, both boring.

Palestine GN was hate? I thought it was informative about what those Zionists demons are doing to the poor brave people of Palestine

Is liking Shaundra the Savage She-Male gay? She was cursed by a wizard and whenever her enchanted necklace is removed, she grows a dick.

Anti rape condom.

The Newest Looney Tunes is funny.

You hit it on the head. Hellboy wasn't a horror movie. It was a superhero movie and that's not really what Hellboy is about. No wonder I can't even remember if I seen the second one.
