I sound awful this episode.
I can't believe I forgot there was a Huntress on Earth-2. I never did understand what reason the writers gave her that she didn't take on the name of Batgirl or Batwoman or Catwoman. I guess I understand it from DC's point, was to differentiate her from Earth-1's Batgirl, they did it to Power Girl too. But I think that's what always kept them from being bigger, better selling characters.
The Superman Jr. and Batman Jr. stories were some of my favorite because it showed the original characters would progress and have families. Huntress would have been a great example of the original Batman progressing if she had carried on the legacy and had let Robin take over the mantle, instead they stumped their growth and kept the status quo.
I forget how they wrote out Superman & Batman Jr.s, but I remember that it was bad.
And whatever happened to Batman's retarded brother?!
According to Wiki they were just computer simulations i.e. reestablish the status quo.
Did he really have a brother? Tried a quick look and I just keep getting hits on New 52's Batman's evil brother.
Yeah, the retarded brother used to show up occasionally in Word's Finest.
